Stephanie was born and raised in Houston, Texas and grew up in a household shaped by her parents’ journey from Mexico to the United States. She graduated from Houston Christian University in December 2024 with a Bachelor in Fine Arts in Graphic Design, becoming the first college graduate in her family.

Stephanie has a strong passion for both design and numbers. Math and art were always her favorite subjects, and she often handled the accounting for her parents’ small business. This early experience taught her organization, attention to details, and problem solving skills which is applied daily in her current role as Accounting Administrator. During university, she began exploring new cuisines and cultures, and discovered a love for poke. This led Stephanie to join Uncle Sharkii, where she can combine her creativity and interest in food.

Stephanie has three years of experience in live music, events, and customer service. She always focuses on creating the best experience for customers. During her free time, Stephanie makes it a priority to engage with art in all its forms and believes in its power to bring people together. Food, music, and film remain her greatest passions, inspiring her both professionally and personally.
