Amy brings over 10 years of experience in the restaurant & hospitality industry. She has managed and supervised various restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area. Spending most of her time in the Food & Beverage Industry, Amy has wealth of knowledge and experience in running the day to day operations of a restaurant. From Asian to Pan-Pacific inspired restaurants, she has been able to manage all of these types.
Working her way up in the industry from Shift Lead, Manager, Executive Trainer, and recently Director of Operations of Uncle Sharkii. Amy has demonstrated her approach and know-how on solving any problem that comes her way.
