Director of Operations | Executive Trainer 

Amy brings over 10 years of experience in the restaurant & hospitality industry. She has managed and supervised various restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area. Spending most of her time in the Food & Beverage Industry, Amy has a wealth of knowledge and experience in running the day-to-day operations of a restaurant. From Asian to Pan-Pacific-inspired restaurants, she has been able to manage all of these types.

Working her way up in the industry from Shift Lead, Manager, Executive Trainer, and recently Director of Operations of Uncle Sharkii. Amy has demonstrated her approach and know-how in solving any problem that comes her way.

Amy briefly worked in the Financial Industry as an Associate and later as a Marketing Director for a National Financial company. As well as a Paralegal Assistant of a Legal Practice in San Jose, California.

While supervising and managing various large restaurants over her career has given Amy the background and expertise on dealing with the daily grind of running a restaurant operation. No matter what size it may be. From dealing with employees from the back of the house to the front of the house. She has been able to oversee not only complicated kitchens to the very simplest of concepts.

Her experience is further exemplified when it comes to customer service. Customers become lifetime regulars, when Amy is behind the counter. Uncle Sharkii is all about focusing on the customer experience and customer service doesn’t fall short of that. Her willingness to go above and beyond the transaction, extends into the customers giving her their trust and loyalty when it comes to returning back to any establishment that she works in.
